Yes — MYGEM VPN subscriptions are recurring by default to make sure your online protection never stops.

1. What This Means

When you purchase a monthly, quarterly, or annual plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using the same payment method you used during signup.

We’ll send you a renewal reminder email before your plan renews (for long-term plans), so you always have full control over your subscription.

2. How to Turn Off Auto-Renewal

You can easily disable recurring billing anytime:

  • Log in to your account at mygemvpn.com.
  • Go to Billing → Subscription Settings.
  • Click “Turn Off Auto-Renewal” or “Cancel Subscription.”

Your VPN access will stay active until the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again after that date.

3. What Happens After Cancellation

  • You’ll keep using MYGEM VPN until your current plan expires.
  • After expiration, your account will automatically move to an inactive state.
  • You can renew anytime to reactivate your subscription instantly.

4. Payments Made Through App Stores

If you subscribed using the Apple App Store or Google Play, your recurring payments are managed by those platforms.
Please cancel auto-renewal directly through your app store settings.
