How to cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go, but you can cancel your MYGEM VPN subscription anytime in just a few steps.

1. Cancel from Your MYGEM VPN Account

If you purchased your plan directly from our website:

  • Log in to your account at mygemvpn.com
  • Go to Billing → Subscription Settings
  • Click “Cancel Subscription” or “Turn Off Auto-Renewal”
  • Confirm your cancellation

Once confirmed, your subscription will stay active until the end of your current billing period — you won’t be charged again after that.

2. What Happens After Cancellation

  • You’ll continue to have full VPN access until your current plan expires.
  • After that, your account will automatically switch to an inactive or free plan.
  • You can reactivate anytime by logging in and purchasing a new plan.

3. Cancelling a Subscription from App Stores

If you purchased MYGEM VPN through a mobile app, please cancel directly from your app store account:

For iOS (Apple App Store):

  • Open your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions
  • Select MYGEM VPN
  • Tap Cancel Subscription

For Android (Google Play Store):

  • Open Google Play Store → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  • Select MYGEM VPN
  • Tap Cancel Subscription

4. Refunds

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund.
