Renewing your MYGEM VPN subscription is quick and simple. You can renew manually or let your plan renew automatically — whichever you prefer.
1. Automatic Renewal (Default)
All MYGEM VPN plans are set to renew automatically so you never lose connection or protection.
If your payment method is active, your plan will automatically renew at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the renewal is complete.
Tip: You can check your next billing date anytime in your account dashboard under Billing → Subscription Details.
2. Manual Renewal
If you’ve turned off auto-renewal or your plan has already expired, you can manually renew it:
- Log in to your account at mygemvpn.com
- Go to Billing → Subscriptions
- Choose your preferred plan (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
- Click Renew Now and complete the payment
Once payment is confirmed, your VPN access will be instantly reactivated.
3. Renewal via App Stores
If you purchased MYGEM VPN through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renewals are managed by those platforms.
To renew, open your app store account → Subscriptions → MYGEM VPN → Renew or Update Payment Method.
4. Payment Failed?
If your automatic renewal fails due to an expired card or insufficient balance:
- We’ll send you an email notification
- You can update your payment method and retry renewal manually from your account
