How to change password?

You can easily change your MYGEM VPN account password anytime to keep your account secure.

1. Change Password from Your Account

  • Go to mygemvpn.com and log in to your account.
  • Click on your Profile icon (top-right corner).
  • Select Account Settings → Security.
  • Click Change Password.
  • Enter your current password and then your new password twice to confirm.
  • Click Save Changes.

You’ll see a confirmation message once your password is successfully updated.

2. Forgot Your Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t log in:

  • Go to the MYGEM VPN Login Page.
  • Click Forgot Password?
  • Enter your registered email address.
  • Check your inbox for a password reset link (valid for a limited time).
  • Click the link and set your new password.

Tip: If you don’t receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder or whitelist support@mygemvpn.com.

3. Password Tips

To keep your account secure:

  • Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, including numbers and symbols).
  • Avoid using the same password you use on other websites.
  • Update your password periodically for added security.
